when I first Enter we were practicing floating . I could float . Then we started to learn on the Walls how to use our legs in the pool. We practice using our legs in the wall for like a week . Then we started doing streamline . Which basically is swimming across the with only our legs . I did good in the streamline . After that we learn how to do bubbles. It kinda taught me how to know when to breathe. I also remember doing one hand forward and back. When we had the right hand go out of the water , would breathe . We did that and it kinda taught us when to breathe at the right time. After that we did the same and I learn how to swim
